Barber were asked by Aspire, the leading Estate Agent in South West London, to develop a new customer facing office proposition. The concept was rolled out by us to eight stores across London.

The first site chosen to re-design was in Balham and Barber set about re-creating this with the customer experience and sales staff operations in mind. After extensive research into sector competitors, taking our client out on inspiring retail safaris to look at best practice and innovation in retail, we put pen to paper and started to create an optimal layout with a welcoming receptionist desk, a relax zone and repositioned all of the sales staff to align themselves to customer flow. A new retail pallet of colours, finishes and furniture was selected and a sales office and tea and coffee making facilities introduced for customer wellbeing. Seasonal window graphics were created to create refreshable interest and interior graphics were developed to bring a ‘sense of place’ to the location. Within a few weeks the store was designed and then fitted out to the specifications we created. Upon review, the concept was then rolled out by us to the other seven Aspire offices around South West London.
