Neal’s yard remedies approached barber to assist them with creating a comprehensive store design manual. Barber worked closely with all stakeholders within the organisation to realise the brand vision of the ideal beauty retail experience and implement this new store concept into a number of their stores across the UK and internationally.

Project Details

Neal’s Yard Remedies are one of the UK’s best known retailers of ethical and organic health and beauty products with 52 stores and more than 470 outlets across the UK and a further 80 stores across the globe. Neal’s Yard Remedies approached Barber to assist them with creating a comprehensive store design manual. Barber worked closely with all stakeholders within the organisation to realise the brand vision of the ideal beauty retail experience and implement this new store concept into a number of their stores across the UK and internationally. Along with creating a design manual for Neal’s Yard Remedies we have been assisting them with an international store rollout.

Client Feedback

For me the key really is in the improved look and feel and customer journey / navigation… The improved layout, size and interaction on the shop floor will also play to improve the customer’s experience and discovery of both the brand and individual products of focus.
