We were appointed by Harding Brothers to create a request for proposal document to present to Norwegian Cruise Lines, for the on board sales programme for general merchandise and jewellery. This proposal was significant in that it presented a new approach to on board retail, focusing on luxury and high-end department store concepts, elevating the service proposition for two new build flagship cruise ships: The Norwegian Escape and the Norwegian Bliss.
